All of the sixteen freestanding bungalows on the property are uniquely designed utilizing an eco-conscious approach incorporating the traditional techniques of local artisans and using renewable materials such as stone, local woods and palm leaves.
Each private bungalow is positioned to offer an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean just steps away from your door. It is the ideal setting to relax on your private patio lazing in a locally made hammock relaxing to the sounds of the crashing surf before you. Our villas are each a two-story design with exquisite furnishings integrating local woods and fabrics that reflect the peaceful and private atmosphere of Punta Teonoste.
The interesting and carefully maintained details make the villas a very privileged place to spend time and to experience this special location in Nicaragua and its distinctive culture
The stylish accommodations are a mix of one and two bedrooms. All offer a beautiful open-air bathroom featuring tropical gardens allowing for the unique experience of bathing under the light of the moon and stars or during the day while the rays of the sun beams its beautiful light.
The coastal breezes provide for consistent fresh air in the bungalows and combined with ceiling fans, provide for a natural cooling of each lodge thereby negating the need for commercial air-conditioning.
