Our restaurant is honored by the executive chef Janine Fiche. Originally from France, who has worked in Nicaragua for over 20 years directing its famous restaurant "Le Café de Paris", which recently received recognition from the Association of Culinary Chicago "Best Restaurant Foreign Cuisine in Nicaragua. "
Fiche has specialized in French cuisine, prepared with local ingredients such as exotic fruits, tender red meat, fish and lobsters from temperate waters, as well as shrimp grown by local farmers. His culinary passion and knowledge to carry only the traditional French dishes with a touch of cosmopolitan healthy.
From the Lounge and Bar area, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets that offers the beach.
All our ingredients are supplied by local fishermen and farmers. This practice not only supports the surrounding communities, but also allows us to offer exquisite gourmet dishes using fresh ingredients.
